Discussion of prior events:
Davis Rally was discussed and thoughts of making this an annual event with a similar route.
Guns & Hoses ride was discussed.
Future events:
The Oelwein Public Safety Poker Run is scheduled for next Saturday the 11th of October please see the Rides & Events calendar for details and to register. Sounds like at least 2 members will be attending.
We talked briefly about the national and regional conferences set for next year.
Our next meeting will be March 7th 2009. We discussed doing this first meeting as a family gathering to kick of the year. Please mark this on your calendars.
We discussed brain storming for ideas for civic service, charities and causes that we could help and to promote the Blue Knights.
Please send you ideas to the email for the club and I will compile a list for us to evaluate at the first meeting of next year.
